No, really! This evening, we were included at a feast of local wild delicacies. Among the selection of various foods was stewed wild rabbit. In addition to a piece of leg meat, I also tried the eye, tongue, and brains of the rabbit. No chocolate Easter bunnies for me

Recently, Mom start to crochet again. This time she is using an Inuit pattern to make what’s known as a “Pang Hat“; a warm, comfortable winter toque with a double brim.

Wednesday morning I arrived home after two great weeks in the States! Alisa was on late winter break from college, during which time we were able to spend two long weekends at her parent’s home in KY.
