Earlier today I came back inside from shoveling last-night’s snowfall out of the driveway with Cameron.  All four of us arrived in Cochrane last evening, after a thankfully uneventful drive from Lake McDonald. It’s good to be here again, and we’re now in the process of getting settled back in.

The past several months have definitely been difficult in many ways, but God has worked through and in the situation in amazing ways. His faithfulness and mercy are so incredible! Thank you to those of you who prayed for us…your prayers are greatly appreciated!

With the return to readily-accessible (like in my living room!) high-speed internet access, I look forward to being able to again update this blog regularly.

I hope your Christmas season has been filled with the presence of One who’s birth we celebrate. Praise God for the gift of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior!

I’ve returned home to Quebec (quite some time ago now) from a wonderful time with Alisa and her family over the US Thanksgiving break (see last post).

With 18+ inches of fresh snow in the past week, it looks very much like Christmas around here now.
